The planning is the most important stage in creating of your dream garden.In the process of examination and analysis of the territory the future style of your garden become more understandable (large trees, alpine garden, lawn), especially the combination of planting material. Of course, one of the most important elements of planning is the studying of climatic conditions and positioning of land on the sides of the world in the light of prevailing wind, and the study of the soil. To determine the type of soil the analysis on the acidity and texture is required.
Second, what draws the attention of the designer of the landscape is vegetation on the area.

After inspecting the area it makes sense to move to the next step and learn about the basic requirements for landscape design. During this phase the following aspects are to be discussed:
а) how the customer sees the aesthetic and functional purpose of the garden
b) what is the budget for implementation of these tasks.
As a rule, at this stage, considering all the pros and cons , and identifying key directions, we can talk about the final selection of style garden and the development of the basic methods of creating his design.

The technical design includes a measurement section, drawing on a large-scale map its territory and all the buildings that are situated on it (with the obligatory symbols of entrances, exits, windows, sinks and other technical details), as well as other key elements of the territory - reliefs, shrubs and trees, hills, ponds, etc. During this process it is important to make notes which would be used for future engineering design. Also, as a rule, at this stage photographing the landscape is occuring.
After all preparatory the main creative part of designing design section follows: the artist starts to create beauty. The main task of the artist’s is according to the client’s wishes and peculiarities of the territory to strengthen the visual effect of contact with nature. In the first after drawing the contours of buildings, the designer divides the area into functional zones. Typically, this step requires additional coordination with the customer, and at this stage designer makes several sketches to the customer for approvement of the segmentation of land. Then, after the approval of the zoning, designer works at the sketch design of the area, making a few sketches from several points of the location of the observer. As a rule, remains of 3-4 species. And then he makes general plan of the area. The general plan of the area is a sort of plan made from the top with all details of the future of the garden.
Typically, the final package of documents for engineering design includes:
a) layout drawings of the area, which marked all linear horizontal dimensions - width of lanes, the distance between buildings and all facilities of the area, fences, etc.;
b) drawing of the the vertical layout, which marked all the elevation changes on the area, and all the hills, slopes, drains, and excavation;
c) drawing of planting, which marked all the dimensions of landings: lawns, flowerbeds, trees, ditches, etc.;
d) the planting plan, which identifies all the plants, as well as the specifications attached to them (lists of all plants on the area);
d) drawing of transport communications, where you have all the roads and sidewalks, as well as ramps and platforms, and schemes of their structures, types of coatings, paving, etc.;
e) a drawing showing the scheme irrigation area, power and water supply and electricity;
g) drawing showing the scheme of lighting, power and electric carts;
r) axonometrical drawing (two-dimensional or three-dimensional section of the most important part of the area).
Here are some stages of the constructing gardens and parks art. Engineering solutions in accordance with refined taste and wealth of experience give us the opportunity to admire these works of art for many years.
